Ingredients: 00 and 0 wheat flour, fresh butter (12,50%), pasteurized egg yolks (11,00%), water, sugar, natural yeast (gluten), Italian acacia honey, sea salt, milk powder, barley malt, vanilla beans from Bourbon Island and Tahiti.

Stuffing: candied wild soft fruit (21,40%) (blackberries, currants, blueberries, wild strawberries, strawberries, raspberries, sugar, glucose syrup-fructose, acidifier: citric acid), custard scented with vanilla and rosemary (glucose syrup, water, sugar, dextrose, skimmed milk powder, alcoholic vanilla flavouring (0,90%), egg yolks, vanilla beans from Bourbon Island and Tahiti, pectin), rosemary pure oil (0,02%).

Covering: white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, soy lecithin added as emulsifier, natural vanilla flavouring), custard scented with vanilla and rosemary, alcoholic vanilla flavouring.
