Ingredients: 0 and 00 wheat flour, fresh butter (12,70%), fresh pasteurized egg yolks (13,10%), water, sugar, natural yeast (gluten), Italian acacia honey, sea salt, milk powder, barley malt, vanilla beans from Bourbon Island and Tahiti.
Stuffing: custard scented with Limoncello (27,50%) (glucose syrup, water, sugar, dextrose, skimmed milk powder, alcoholic Limoncello flavouring (1,25%), egg yolks, candied lemon paste, pectin), candied Costa d’Amalfi I.G.P. Lemon skins (900 g of Costa d’Amalfi I.G.P. Lemon for each Kg of final product), essential oil.
Covering: white chocolate and lemon chocolate chips (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, whey powder, lactose, soy lecithin added as emulsifier, natural vanilla flavouring; natural food colouring: carrot extract), custard scented with Limoncello.
