The Sara Vapor model allows steam to be used to whip up milk and obtain frothed milk and excellent cappuccinos, the machine for this purpose is equipped with a powerful jet vaporizer to obtain extra foam. Equipped with ENERGY SAVING you can get a considerable saving of electricity. The machine has two separate switches for coffee brewing and steam production so as to use the functions only when needed. It is equipped with DOUBLE TEMPERATURE CONTROL in order to guarantee the right coffee temperature and the right steam temperature this model is equipped with two separate coils (heat exchangers).
